Kelly Healy

Kelly A. Healy is Co-Chair of the Legislation & Bar Delegations Committee for the 2026 WLS Board.  She is a Senior Associate at DSR Health Law specializing in compliance and transactional matters for health plans, and serves as Secretary of the Sacramento County Bar Association Health Care Law Section.  Kelly received her B.S. from St. Mary’s College of California, and her J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law.  She is a proud dog mom and moot court aficionado, and enjoys wine tasting and Pinterest crafts.
