Bianca Angulo

Bianca Angulo is Co-Chair of the Legislation & Bar Delegations Committee for the 2025 WLS Board. Bianca is an attorney for the State of California, Department of Managed Health Care in Sacramento. She practices health care law specializing in health insurance plan licensing on the mergers and acquisitions team. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Government Law and Policy, Masters of Science in history from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from California State University, Sacramento.
