joceline herman

Joceline Herman ​is Co-Chair of the Grants and Awards Committee for the 2025 WLS Board. Joceline earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA (go Bruins!) and her law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Joceline is a partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary where she represents and litigates on behalf of a variety of business, construction, and insurance clients. She spends her spare time water skiing and snow skiing and hanging out with family and friends. Joceline also is an active volunteer in the Jewish Community and on the executive committee of the Jewish Relations Council of the Sacramento Region.
