jen-Ann Lee

Jen-Ann Lee is the Treasurer for the 2026 WLS Executive Committee after serving on the Grants and Awards Committee and Publicity and Community Relations Committee. Jen-Ann is the Deputy General Counsel of the California Transportation Agency (CalSTA). Prior, she worked in the private sector as an energy regulatory attorney, specializing in compliance and policy. Jen-Ann interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California as well as the Legal Affairs Department at UC Davis Health. Jen-Ann is passionate about environmental justice and transportation electrification. Before becoming an attorney, Jen-Ann worked at the California Environmental Protection Agency, specifically for the California Air Resources Board and the State Water Resources Control Board. She is also a licensed civil engineer in the State of California. Jen-Ann is an active member of the Association of Women in Water, Energy, and the Environment (AWWEE), a board member of the Asian Bar Association of Sacramento, a Friend of the Sacramento Public Library (Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven), and a volunteer at the Museum of Science and Curiosity (MOSAC). She is attempting to keep up her 2 year streak of reading 100 books/year.
