Brittany Hernandez is Co-Chair of the 2026 WLS Membership Committee. She received her B.A. from California State University, Chico, and her J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. She works for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Employment Advocacy and Prosecution Team where she assists in investigations and prosecutes disciplinary actions on behalf of the Office of Legal Affairs for the CDCR. When she is not working, Brittany enjoys weightlifting, running, reading, and spending time with her son, Jackson
