    Details:
    August 19, 2021, 12:00pm
Virtual Presentation link provided upon registration.

    Speaker Bio:
Jen McDowell is a licensed attorney turned culture champion. After nearly 20 years in corporate America, she decided to pursue her passion for helping companies unleash the power of human Connection so teams can grow and overcome challenges.

    Presentation Description:
Being a successful attorney requires a lot more than simply knowing the law. It requires skills in connection building and trust to navigate relationships with colleagues, clients, juries, and even opposing counsel. Emotions are at the heart of building connections, and the tendency of lawyers to push their emotions aside can result in increased levels of stress, impaired physical and emotional well-being, and fractured relationships. Join Jen McDowell, attorney turned culture consultant, to learn about: the fundamental need for human connection, the role of emotions in creating and strengthening connections, and how to tap into your emotions for a more positive and productive legal practice.
