Megan Rowe is the Past President Liaison for the 2025 WLS Board. Megan’s practice includes representing health plans and health insurance companies. She advises health plans on  regulatory compliance issues, certification and licensing issues, the negotiation of provider and vendor agreements, HIPAA/CMIA issues, and other health law related matters. In addition, Megan provides general counsel to health care clients, including advising on general business and bankruptcy issues. When Megan is not practicing law, she participates in and contributes to numerous professional and community organizations. Megan is the past Chair of the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association, past President of Women Lawyers of Sacramento (2012), and former Board Member of California Women Lawyers.
