Ella Boggus
Ella Boggus serves on the 2025 WLS Board as a Co-Chair of the Publicity and Community Relations Committee. Ella decided to pursue her legal career as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney because she is passionate about helping those who have suffered devastating injuries, through no fault of their own. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento with a concentration in Business Finance and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from American River College. While at CSU Sacramento, she was a member of the pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta.
Ella went on to earn her law degree in 2021 from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. During her time at McGeorge, Ella volunteered to assist pro se plaintiffs with filing civil actions and immigrants with applications for citizenship. Upon graduating, she received the Diverse Graduate Bar Support Stipend and was also nominated for the Graduating Senior Award. Ella takes pride in the fact that she graduated from law school and passed the California Bar Exam as a single mother of two children. For this accomplishment, she received the Sacramento Area Success Stipend (SASS) award from Single Mom Strong and the Sacramento Women’s Expo. In her free time, Ella enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, paddle-boarding, singing, and painting. |
